Bath and Granite 4 Less Comes Out Ahead

Yikies, it’s rare that I find a company with new products that get me really interested. I really have to say I’m excited to do more clients’ kitchens with granite tile I ordered from Bath and Granite 4 Less.
They have a system called EZ tile. The EZ tiles are 18″ wide and they span the full depth of the kitchen cabinet. So when you’re laying the tile, you’re only lining up the tiles to the left and right side. This makes it a lot easier to do-it-yourselfers to lay this tile and much, much, much faster for pros like me to get the job done. This job that I did, seriously took me about 1/3 as long as it would have with 12×12 tiles.
I didn’t need to use any of my polishing tools. The bullnose edge looks better than what I could have done with my tooling anyway. They have pre-fabbed corners that wrap around the ends of cabinets. My clients that ordered the stone were really attracted to the corners because they are rounded which I told them I wouldn’t be able to do with the 12x12s.
Lastly, the price is way less than I expected. My client spent $460 + 190 for freight for the entire batch of stone. Shipping took them 4 days.
I’m looking at bath & Granite 4 less for vanity tops for another job too. I’ll post it here when I get the vanity tops. I talked to their people several times, it seems like the service is better with brick and mortar stores that sell online than online only stores.
